Yes! If you join on an E-Bike you will start ahead of the main race.

There will be at least 3 different routes on all the events with the shorter routes being designed for the novice and the longer ones for the more serious rider/runner. The routes are classified as Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Online entries are open until Wednesday at 12H00 am before every event. Late entry fees will apply on race day at registration. 

The Weekend Pass includes access into the village, use of all the Red Cherry amenities and your race entry fee for the 2 days. Tents can be rented from R150, however, you will need to bring your own mattress & bedding. 

The Day Rider fee covers your Race entry and access to the race village before and after the race on the day.

Obviously also the most important ingredient… A whole lotta fun!!!

Yes you can, up to the Monday before the event you can transfer your ticket on the Red Cherry Events portal here within your profile. After the Monday you would need to contact the office to assist you with the transfer. 

Registration for the event will take place at the event in question venue on Saturday, between 09:30-11:30 and Sunday, between 06:30 – 08:00

Yes, as long as you have their ID number, name, surname and distance.

Riders wanting to cancel for any reason will forfeit the following part of their entry fee: 

• 100% of the entry fee will be refunded if written notice is received 3 months (90 total Days) before the commencement of the event in question.
• 75% of the entry fee will be refunded if written notice is received 2 months (60 total Days) before the commencement of the event in question.
• 0% will be refunded if written notice is received after 1 month before the commencement of the event in question.

Charging stations are available in the Chill Zone, with plenty of time to recharge your batteries between stages.

There are no cut-off times, we will cheer you on from start to finish. If you feel like you can’t finish, we have support vehicles ready to collect you on the route.

Yes! We have water points scattered throughout the 2 stages of this family-styled stage race.

Yes, riders are required to wear cycling helmets at all times. You will not be allowed to participate without a helmet.

We will have a mini kids zone with a jumping castle. Please bring along some toys etc to keep them occupied.

Yes. We have medics located throughout the route.

There are bike mechanics on standby. However, any parts or products used to fix your bike, are at your own cost. Ensure you have a tube, pump and mini kit available to avoid any additional charges.

A result SMS will be sent on race day.
If you’ve not received an SMS, please visit our results page here where results are uploaded.

Your race results will be sent via an SMS containing a link where incorrect race results can be queried immediately. Please make use of that link or email info@bouttime.co.za
