Based on the government announcement on Sunday night and the fact that we have over 100 participants for the Tru-Cape Weekend Warrior in Grabouw we are left with no choice but to Postpone. it’s not Cancelled!
We along with all our shareholders have been working so hard on this event and we are gutted but sanity must prevail and to host the event under the current cloud of Covid 19 would be reckless to say the least. We are as disappointed as you are.
We obviously need to be very fair and costs have been incurred from our side. The offer below gives you 2 options to consider.
Option 1
We will be looking at dates in 2020 between August and November and will try to finalise this before month end. We will be allowing a 100% carryover of your weekend warrior entry to this new date
Option 2
For those that are not able to participate in the new proposed dates for 2020 event we will be able to carry over 50% of your entry fee to the 2021 event which will be staged at a similar time in April 2021.
We trust that with 3 weeks to go it gives you sufficient time to make the necessary adjustments to your schedule and any other cancellations that you may have to effect.
